Here is THE easiest homemade mayo recipe, ever! It’s very creamy and makes a great base for dips. Why not have some fun by adding some freshly chopped herbs?

What You Need:

  1. Stick Blender
  2. Tall container with wide enough neck for your blender to fit into or even better, a wide necked jar with a lid that you can store your mayo in right away
  3. 1 cup good quality LIGHT olive oil OR 1 cup good quality avocado oil
  4. 1 whole, organic, free range egg
  5. 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar OR lemon juice OR lime juice
  6. 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  7. 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

OPTIONAL EXTRAS

  • freshly chopped chives
  • freshly chopped oregano
  • freshly chopped thyme
  • minced garlic
  • cayenne pepper
  • turmeric & freshly ground black pepper (for the added health benefits)

What To Do:
